Summer 2020 Internships with the National Council of Jewish Women, Essex County (NCJW/Essex), located in Livingston, NJ, is grassroots, nonsectarian organization of volunteers and advocates with a mission to improve the quality of life for women, children and families and to safeguard individual rights and freedoms. In addition to their signature programs, NCJW/Essex also engages in a variety of advocacy, communications, membership, community engagement and IT projects.

  • Minimum commitment is two days per week – flexible hours
  • Strong computer, writing and interpersonal skills required
  • This internship is unpaid; NCJW/Essex will submit all necessary paperwork for independent study, internship, and community service credit

Looking to develop experience in marketing and community outreach?

Spring 2020 Marketing Internship, City Parks Foundation New York, NY

City Parks Foundation offers hands-on, internship experiences in the Marketing & Partnerships Department, which manages all marketing, publicity, social media, community outreach and media partnership and sponsorship initiatives for the entire organization. Interns will gain experience while helping the full-time staff execute a wide range of initiatives for our arts, sports, community development and environmental education programs.

Interns must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours/week between January and May. Start and end dates flexible. This is an unpaid position; a stipend will be provided in addition to academic credit based on the university.
