Whitney Museum of American Art, NYC – Paid Summer 2020 Internship

The Whitney’s summer internship is a full-time, paid, nine-week session primarily for undergraduate students. The program includes training, direct work experience, professional development, and a mentorship program that connects interns with key Whitney staff. The 2020 summer internship runs from Monday, June 1 through Friday, July 31. Participants are expected to be available Monday through Friday for nine consecutive weeks, five days per week. $5000 stipend awarded. Deadline for submissions is January 27, 2020 (11:59 PM EST)

Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Summer 2020 Internships – New York

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon is seeking enthusiastic, excited, and talented interns to work for the Summer 2020 semester. TSJF internship departments include general production, script, music, research, social media, human interest, costumes, and talent. Regardless of department, all interns will have the opportunity to stand in during rehearsals, assist with audience load in, and perform miscellaneous production runs and tasks on an as-needed basis. Interns will gain knowledge and understanding of what goes into producing a daily late night comedy show. Interns should have experience in entertainment production. An ideal candidate is eager and excited to do any task they are given.  Deadline: Applicants are encouraged to apply by February 1, 2020.

Warner Music Group, home to a broad roster of new stars and legendary artists through a collection of the best-known record labels in the music industry currently has a fantastic opportunity to join the innovative and highly sought-after team at NONESUCH, a small company of a little over a dozen people that will allow you to work with all departments, interface regularly with all staff members, and get the big picture of how everyone works together at a record label. You will be allowed to attend the weekly staff meetings, interview department heads, and participate in projects for active artists. The Actor’s Theater Workshop Internship Program – NYC

ATW’s Internship Program provides young people with education in non-profit theatre administration, programming and production. The program is open to college undergraduates and recent graduates with a career interest in non-profit arts management, and individuals who are considering a career change into the non-profit arena. The program begins with a one to two week training program in theatre operations and enriched by reading essays written by ATW’s Artistic Director and Founder Thurman E. Scott, and viewing video tape documentaries of past programs and productions. The training period allows interns to learn about ATW’s core mission and creative philosophy while gaining hands on knowledge of its operations. Interns are then assigned responsibility for focus areas within theatre administration, programming and production. All full-time intern applicants are expected to work five days per week (40 + hours per week) with two days off.
