We are looking for current sophomores and juniors to join RB as a Global Medical Affairs Interns and US Medical Affairs Interns for Summer 2021. Work across different therapy areas and with Senior Medical Affairs colleagues in Global and Regional teams. Develop new claims and ideas based on relevant consumer insights in support of product initiatives. Represent Medical Affairs on projects through the product development and lifecycle management process. Work cross-functionally and be Medical Affairs representative on project teams to achieve key milestones and objectives. Conduct data analysis and evaluations of competitive products and claims. Clinical Outcomes Research Internship at Northwell Health
The Center for Health Innovations and Outcomes Research at The Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research offers a 12-month, paid internship for 1-2 accomplished college graduates, who plan on continuing their graduate/professional education. Interns will gain operational and clinical experience by working with various clinical research professionals on a healthcare-related project. Interns will work under the guidance of a faculty mentor and will have the opportunity to be exposed to research conducted in one or more settings, such as outpatient, inpatient, and/or community settings. Interns will gain an understanding of the research process and may participate in study design, patient recruitment, data collection, data analysis, and/or dissemination of results. Interns will be exposed to quantitative and qualitative methods, such as analyzing large datasets, collecting survey data, and conducting focus groups. This year-long experience will help students explore career paths and gain work experience in healthcare research. Selected applicants will have the opportunity to work closely with various members of the Center for Health Innovations and Outcomes Research. They will work on research projects on a variety of topics in up to five core research areas: Predictive Medicine, Behavioral Research, Decision Science, Community Health, and/or Health Services. Remote AmeriCorps Fellowship – Newark, NJ (November 2020-June 2021)
Great Oaks Fellows are integral members of the Great Oaks community. Over the course of the school year, Great Oaks Fellows collaborate with diverse stakeholders to instruct and mentor students, and help develop a community where Great Oaks students thrive.
As members of the Great Oaks Fellowship, Fellows are directly responsible for providing individualized instruction, mentorship, and enrichment opportunities to several small groups of middle or high school students each day. This is a half-time (900 hours) AmeriCorps service position. Fellows serve Monday-Friday and some weekends- an average day lasting 9 hours.
To ensure that members meet the necessary living expenses incurred while participating in the Great Oaks Fellowship program, members are provided a modest living allowance and access to health coverage. Additionally, Fellows receive professional development throughout the service year. Fellows will also be eligible for a Segal Education Award through AmeriCorps upon successful completion of the service term in good-standing with the service site (completing 900 hours of service for Half-time members and the service term in its entirety). Most importantly, Great Oaks Fellows gain valuable professional and personal experience and acquire skills in civic-engagement, teamwork and leadership during the service term. Learn more here!
