Tech Pay Gap Indicates Improvement, But Much Work Still To Be Done

Bloomberg in a recent article reported that in 2020, 59% of men hired into the tech field were paid more than women for comparable work.  The discrepancy in pay was, on average, 3%.  While this is by no means good news, it does represent a 6% decrease in the salary gap from 2019 when men earned an average of 4% more in salary.  Read more.
