The Pay Gap for Women Continues

A recent McKinsey survey of 40,000 employees working for U.S. companies shows that women, across all races and position level, report feeling more burned out and stressed than men.  On top of this concerning data, they remain paid less than their male counterparts at the same occupational level.  This Wall Street Journal article by Laura Kray and Margaret Lee delves into the issue and the reasons that it exists.
