Andrew Bonamici
University Librarian

Andrew joined Drew University in January of 2018. He leads a blended organization that brings library, archives, and instructional technology staff and services together as a unified team. He is a member of the Provost’s leadership team and regularly serves on executive-level committees and task forces. Prior to Drew, Andrew served in a variety of administrative roles at the University of Oregon Libraries, including Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives and Program Development, interim Director of Special Collections and University Archives, interim head of the Digital Scholarship Center, and co-interim Dean of Libraries. Beyond the library, his professional service includes leadership in EDUCAUSE and the EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative (ELI), where he is an ambassador for libraries and librarians in conversations about technology, digital content, and scholarship.
