Dr. Sari Pascoe leads the inaugural Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Drew University. Dr. Pascoe brings professional skills in executive administration, organizational change management, leadership, strategic planning, evaluation and assessment, collaboration, instruction, research, and fundraising.
Dr. Pascoe holds degrees in Business (organizational management), K-12 and adult education (Spanish BCLAD teaching credential), Instructional Technologies, and a Ph.D. degree in Education with a focus on systemic change in organizations and a minor in fundraising & grant writing from Indiana University, Bloomington (IN), San Francisco State University (CA), and Eastern University (PA).
Over the last decade she resided in the West Coast and led nonprofits and campus-wide initiatives in higher education institutions. This included managing the largest research portfolio for the School of Education at the University of Oregon and leading the institution as Assistant Vice President for the Division of Equity and Inclusion. In this role, Dr. Pascoe led the campus & community engagement portfolio, transforming the way in which the institution engaged with and served its constituents.
