The Oak & Avery Group is a boutique, commercial real estate investment sales and advisory firm. As a brokerage, we provide highly specialized and strategic representation to investors in numerous markets, and across multiple asset classes.
We are currently expanding our team and are seeking a self-motivated and entrepreneurial candidate; someone who is coachable, hungry and ready to earn. You will be working directly alongside and mentored by the president of the firm.
Main responsibilities include ownership research, heavy prospecting, property underwriting and valuations and client meetings.
Main requirements are excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial drive, ability to cultivate relationships, strong computer skills, track record of success (academic, sports, personal), strong work ethic and real estate license (not required for interview). Sales experience preferred but not required.
This is a 100% commission based sales position with significant earning potential for the right candidate. 50k+ first year target realistic.
