The Orientation Committee (OC) leaders are an integral part of every new student’s success on the Drew campus. OC leaders are positive roles models and a resource for new students and transfers as they embark on the start of their Drew career. The OC are trained to help maintain Drew’s mission so new students feel comfortable about their new college experience. Community is the cornerstone of being at Drew and the OC are instrumental in laying the foundations.
As one of the first introductions to campus, each OC leader is skillfully trained to be able to help shape the Drew community experience for new enrolled students. More than just helping students, the OC acts as a liaison and resource during the college transition by answering their questions about college and Drew life. The OC executes a series of social activities that are necessary for helping new students bond with other students during the five days of orientation. OC is an engaging group of student leaders that are available to help new students into the semester that follows.
