RISE, The Research Institute for Scientists Emeriti, exists specifically to bridge the gap in research science between Academia and Research. RISE is housed entirely by research scientists, who after decades in the industry, have decided to return to mentor students in professional quality processes: working in the state-of-the art labs, cultivating proper data and writing quality papers- and thereby assisting students in obtaining internships or entering graduate school.
