About the Panel

The Launch Community Panel Series is part of our virtual Fall 2020 Launch Expo. We’ve designed these panels to engage current Drew students with success stories from Drew alums, local employers, and other students in their communities. This panel focused on the Business, Finance, and Entrepreneurship Career Community and was held on September 10, 2020.

Meet the Panelists

Omaru Washington

Senior Analyst, Tiffany & Co.

Omaru is Tiffany & Co.’s global senior analyst supporting implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) and predictive analytics tool, planning new product strategies, supporting new retail store opening strategies, and partnering with global teams to implement planning functions to deliver optimal sales growth in EMEA.

Emma Grossman

Assistant Controller, Cydcor

Emma is an Assistant Controller at Cydcor, a customer acquisition company based in California. She has significant experience in financial analytics and compliance, specifically in the medical field. Emma received a BA in Business Studies from Drew in 2011 and a Masters of Accounting from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

Joy Kalua

Economics Major, Drew University

Joy Kalua is a Senior Economics major at Drew University. She has externed with AT&T Learning Academy and attended the Social Entrepreneurship and Wall Street nycTRECs. Joy also serves as the Finance Director for TEDx Drew University and recently started her own marketing business.

Merri Sheh brings over 30 years of marketing and sales experience to this spectacular woman owned Coworking space. Her networking and communication skills combined with an experienced team of community managers are what put En Masse above all the rest.
